How delivery works
When you buy a listed product or a completed custom order, your payment is verified independently of anything the browser reports. Only once that verification succeeds does our system generate a secure download link tied to your purchase. This protects both sides: you can't be charged without receiving your product, and we can't be asked to hand over a file before payment clears.
What we protect against
- Non-delivery: Our checkout-to-download pipeline is automated and doesn't rely on a human remembering to send a file.
- Unauthorized resale: Every asset is licensed for the buyer's own use, not for redistribution — see our Terms and Conditions for the full licensing terms.
- Account takeover: Sign-in supports OAuth providers alongside email/password, and password resets require a one-time verification code sent to your email.
Custom orders
Custom order requests go through a public request board before any money changes hands, so you can see what's been requested, what's in progress, and what's been completed. Pricing is quoted before an order is accepted, and payment is only collected once a build is ready to hand off.
