1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing sindevstore, placing a custom order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or purchase our products.
2. Digital Goods & Sales
All products sold on sindevstore are digital goods, including but not limited to Roblox scripts, systems, assets, and custom development work. Payments are processed exclusively through Whop. All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly upon confirmed payment, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the item has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
3. License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a product from sindevstore, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product within your own Roblox project(s). Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased assets, scripts, or source code with any third party, whether for free or for payment.
- You may not repackage or rebrand our products and offer them as your own for sale on any marketplace, storefront, or platform.
- You may not use purchased assets to create a directly competing product or service that is substantially similar to what we sell.
- Custom builds commissioned through our order system are licensed to the requesting customer for use in the project described in the order, unless a broader license is separately negotiated.
Unauthorized redistribution or reselling of sindevstore assets is a violation of these Terms and may result in revocation of your license, denial of future service, and, where applicable, legal action.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at sinsdevelopments@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. sindevstore is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Custom Orders
Custom order requests submitted through our request board are quotes for bespoke development work. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, a specific delivery timeline, or a specific price. Once a custom order is accepted and paid for through Whop, it is subject to the same final-sale policy described in Section 2.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep sindevstore's storefront and delivery systems available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, including individual product listings, at our discretion.
7. Compliance with Terms of Service
All products and custom work provided by sindevstore are intended to be used in a manner consistent with the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards, as well as Whop's own terms of service governing payments made through their platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any purchased asset complies with the platform-specific rules of wherever it is deployed.
8. Limitation of Liability
sindevstore and Sin's Developments are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased through this site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or in-game progress.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of sindevstore after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
